I am a single mom with two children, a 15 year-old daughter and a 7 year old son. Tyler is Autistic, non-verbal and requires the utmost patience and constant supervision. I had tried several methods for potty training unsuccessfully. I received a copy of Debbie Bialer's manuscript and read the entire book before starting the program. Tyler is now initiating going pee in the potty 95% of the time. Tyler rarely has accidents and the program has been a blessing. I recommend the book and program to any parent who is having to pottytrain a special needs child. Thanks so much!!

"Debbie's method was unlike any I've ever tried or heard of to potty train my 5 1/2-yr-old daughter with FG Syndrome. It actually teaches the child to understand WHERE to go when they have the need to pee and poop, rather than teaching them a habit with a reward system. Their reward is the personal satisfaction that comes when they actually comprehend what to do when they need to go to the bathroom, not because they're placed on the toilet at specific times and begged to go. If she had told me beforehand that I would be mopping up pee on the bathroom floor for a total of three weeks and poop for 1 1/2 weeks of that (although I'm sure it would have been shorter if I hadn't been interrupted with a broken foot accident and difficulties with adjusting to a new school environment), I would not have been thrilled at the prospect. Gratefully, I plunged into the process somewhat blindly, and was thrilled with the successful results. Debbie knows exactly what these kids need to do to change their engrained habit of going in their diaper. When my daughter got it, she really got it, and there have not been any accidents since. She is a real pro and my daughter is now completely trained after two months. Thank you, Debbie!"...Amy Kesler, Rochester, Michigan
